“Moved here October 2019. It took us many years to find a 55+ resort with all of the latest amenities that offer rentals. The place is gorgeous and the staff is awesome and very attentive to our needs. There is always something to do from live music at happy hour to relaxing at the pool or a game of cards and plenty of wonderful people to meet. It is so dog friendly that maintenance people carry dog treats and will stop what they are doing to love our pets. Extremely grateful we found home in our early retirement.”

“I discovered The Floridian Club in October of 2018 when it was just being built and started working with Kim Bockover, Star Leasing Agent and Charmer Extraordinaire! I joined the Club in March of 2019 and moved into my fabulous villa in December of 2019. I cannot imagine a better place to live - they do everything for you - and my neighbors are absolutely the best. I've made new friends whom I'm sure will remain my friends for years.
