The Floridian Club of Sarasota is geared towards the contemporary boomer of today. Therefore, it is designed to provide a social atmosphere for young-minded adults that want to have fun, be active, and meet friends of the same mindset. In order to reach this goal, The Floridian Club of Sarasota has chosen to require that at least one Member must be 55 years of age or better. A limited number of residents may be younger than 55, but no one under 21 years of age. The Floridian Club of Sarasota will offer a variety of lease term options. All offers may change at the discretion of the Owner and its Representatives. Lease terms are subject to a one-year minimum. All leases will include built-in escalations and are subject to monthly required club/utility fees.

All renderings, maps, landscaping, elevations, and plans may be artist’s or architects’ conceptions and may not be to scale. The developer/builder/owner reserves the right in its sole discretion to make changes or modifications to maps, plans, specifications, materials, features and colors without notice.
